For those looking for details instead of incessant whining, Fallon married his long-time girlfriend, Nancy Juvonen. They got married in the Caribbean. For those wondering, there were no pirates. As far as anyone knows, anyway. If I was going to get married in the Caribbean, I'd at least want a decent pirate ship as part of the deal.
